Kim Chiu unexpectedly received this question from Vice Ganda
It’s Showtime host Kim Chiu shared her thoughts on how important it is to have a closure in a relationship.
Kim is currently in a relationship with Kapuso actor Xian Lim. They have been together for many years already, from the time when they were just loveteam partners and eventually became lovers in real life.
It is also known in the entertainment industry that Kim’s relationship with Kapamilya actor Gerald Anderson was also popular. They also loveteam partners first before it bloomed in to a real-life romance.

Based on the article in Bandera, in a recent episode of the Kapamilya noontime show, Vice Ganda unexpectedly asked Kim Chiu a question about having closure in a relationship.
“Alam mo maswerte ka kung ‘yung closure eh, naibibigay mo sa sarili mo kasi nasasabi mo ‘yung mga gusto mong sabihin doon sa tao,” the Unkabogable Star said. He added that there were those who did not had the chance to end their relationship nicely as there was no conversation happened between the ex-couple.

Then, the comedian-host asked Kim, “Ikaw ba lahat nakapagbigay ng closure sa ’yo?” Although, Gerald’s name was not mentioned, it was most likely that the hosts were referring to the actor.
At first, Kim was surprised why she was asked that and then, she said, “Oo naman.” Then, Vice asked her if she was the one who talked to the guy or the other way around. The Chinita Princess answered, “Oo naman. Lahat naman nalalagyan ng closure.”
With this, Vice said that Kim was lucky that she was still able to talk to her ex-boyfriend after the breakup. “Yes. May mga bagay na kailangan natin isarado para makapagbukas ulit tayo ng panibago,” the actress stressed.
When, Vice Ganda asked what if there was no closure. Jhong Hilario answered that this situation is very difficult, especially when the ex-couple are colleagues. Then, Kim Chiu said that the important thing is that you know to yourself that it was already over even though there was no proper closure.
