The friendship of Vice Ganda, Anne Curtis, Vhong Navarro, and other It’s Showtime hosts goes beyond the camera.

They have different personalities but by being together, they make an exceptional group of hosts. They match and this is evident in how they exchange banters on the show, the jokes, and the stories they share about each other.

And recently, in a new episode of the show, Vice shared the one time Anne got scammed by Vhong.

Avid viewers of the show are probably familiar with the story of what happened when Vhong took care of Anne’s phone when she broke it. He offered to help her which she allowed only to get a phone with a fake LCD right after.

This was funny and epic. In the recent show, Vice shared another story when Vhong once again “scammed” the actress.

During the “Isip Bata” segment, they were talking about dogs and Vice suddenly remembered the time when Vhong sold a teacup dog to the actress. Anne, believing it was really a teacup, bought the dog but as years went by, the dog grew bigger.

Laughing at this memory, Vice shared in the video, “Nag-away sila. Kasi bumili si Tita Anne ng also kay Vhong sabi niya teacup… Mga four days silang di nagkikibuan sabi ‘Pano aging teacup to eh ang laki-laki.'”

Meanwhile, It’s Showtime is currently amid a legal battle. The motions for reconsideration filed for the suspension were denied by the Movie and Television Review and Classification Board (MTRCB).

ABS-CBN released an official statement regarding this matter. They gave the madlang people an assurance that they would explore all remedies and options and expressed gratitude to them for their unwavering love and support.
