Barbie Forteza reiterated that there is no jealousy between her boyfriend and her loveteam partner
Kapuso actress Barbie Forteza admitted that she got tired of answering questions asking if her real life boyfriend actor Jak Roberto is jealous of her loveteam partner David Licauco.
Barbie and Jak’s relationship is now on its sixth year. This year, Barbie’s accidental pairing with David hyped up and viewers were loving their chemistry in the defunct Kapuso series Maria Clara at Ibarra in which they were first known as the FiLay tandem.
From that, they became officially a Kapuso loveteam and their tandem is now called BarDa. Since Barbie has a boyfriend, it has been a question for many people if what is Jak’s reaction that his girlfriend has a different onscreen partner.
Previously, Jak Roberto stressed that he does not feel jealous because he understands that loveteams are part of the showbiz industry. David Licauco also said in previous interviews that he is friends with Barbie Forteza’s boyfriend.
In a recent interview, the actress aired her frustration to repeating questions about her boyfriends supposed “selos” reaction to her loveteam partner.
Barbie said that ever since BarDa picked up, people always had the same question and it is about Jak Roberto’s reaction as some expected that he is being jealous. “Hindi nga! So, can we stop?” the actress said with a smile on her face but with conviction.
“Parang napapagod na akong sumagot,” she added. The actress also said that she does not know anymore how to change the wordings of her answer because the press people kept on asking the same question.
She reiterated that her boyfriend does not feel jealous of her onscreen partnership with another actor. Barbie also shared that Jak wanted assurance when it comes to her well-being on the set or during taping.
The actress said that her boyfriend would always asked if she has already eaten or if she’s taking care of herself while working.
