BI Arrested Chinese Man Involved in Prostitution Den Operation in Pampanga
The Bureau of Immigration (BI) arrested a Chinese national man after being involved in the operation of a prostitution den in Pampanga.
A Chinese individual who had previously been arrested for alleged human trafficking operations was apprehended by BI officials. Dennis Alcedo, chief of the Border Control and Intelligence Unit, identified the Chinese national as Hu Yulin, 32, in a report to BI Commissioner Norman Tansingco.
Hu was apprehended at Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 3 after attempting to flee the country on a China Southern trip to Guangzhou, China. According to Tansingco, systems revealed that Hu is blacklisted for undesirable behavior.
“Hence he was arrested and will be held in our facility in Taguig,” added the official.
According to court documents, Hu faces deportation in 2020. Local authorities reportedly arrested him and 11 others in Clark, Pampanga, for allegedly running a prostitute den.
He was charged with breaking the terms of their stay and was later deported. Tansingco stated that foreign nationals who do not follow the terms of their presence in the country are not welcome. Hu will be held at the BI warden facility in Bicutan, Taguig, until he is deported.
