A friend of Andrea Brillantes was asked about the recent status of her heart
Actor JC Alcantara, a close friend of actress Andrea Brillantes, shared how she is now after breaking up with basketball player Ricci Rivero.
JC is one of the cast members of the new iWantTFC original series Drag You and Me in which he plays an out-of-the-box character. He gives life to the role of Jason, a bis=xual who is a drag queen whose name is Shania Lacroix.
Andrea is also part of the series and her role is a cisgender named Betty with the drag name Valentine Royale. Based on the article in Abante, JC Alcantara was asked about his co-star and friend whose breakup became the talk of the town just recently.
JC admitted that during the first shooting days, he and Andrea were not talking to each other. However, as time went by, they became closer and they would talk about family and love life.
When the actor was asked what love advice he would give to Andrea Brillantes, he said, “Huwag mag-overthink.” Then, JC was also asked how the actress is after her breakup with Ricci Rivero.
“She is better at sobrang ini-enjoy niya lahat,” Andrea’s friend said. JC followed up with a strong statement. “Sa ganda ni Andrea Brillantes hindi dapat niloloko ‘yon, dapat minamahal kasi alam mo nasa kanya na lahat,” he said.
As of writing, Andrea has not released a statement yet about her breakup with Ricci. On the other hand, Ricci shared a Twitter post asking the public to let them heal and move on. He is accused of cheating on Andrea and allegedly, his new girlfriend is Leren Mae Bautista, the beauty queen who is now serving as a councilor in Los Banos, Laguna.
