RHIAN RAMOS – Kapuso actress Rhian Ramos disclosed why she doesn’t want to join beauty pageants.
With recent victories by Filipino representatives like Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach and Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray, among others, beauty pageants have a good chunk of following in the Philippines.
However, it can also go the other way around, with celebrities from the entertainment industry wishing to compete in pageants and represent the country in international competitions. Models and celebrities from the entertainment industry frequently enter the world of pomp and pageantry these days. These well-known female celebrities have the physique, good appearance, and intelligence of a beauty queen.
Kapuso actress and model Rhian Ramon watched the Miss Universe Philippines 2023 coronation night at the Mall of Asia on Saturday, May 13. She was with her fellow GMA-7 star Max Collins.
Rhian’s fellow Kapuso actress and best friend Michelle Dee won the coveted title. Michelle is now set to compete in the international Miss Universe pageant in El Salvador.

Rhian Ramos has a stunning face and the height of a beauty queen 5″6″, but she has never competed in a pageant. On IG, the 32-year-old celebrity explained her decision and her funny reaction to Michelle Dee’s victory as Miss Universe Philippines 2023.
“If you ever wonder why never dumaan sa isip ko sumali sa kahit anong pageant, ito ‘yung reason. I have no poise, composure, or emotional control. ‘Pang drama talaga ako,” Rhian wrote in the video.
“Thank you Lord! Nakaka-ugly cry ang blessings niyo,” she added.
