Lyca Gairanod Shares How She Met Her Non-showbiz Boyfriend Kyle Walle
LYCA GAIRANOD – Filipino singer and actress Lyca Gairanod revealed how she met her non-showbiz boyfriend Kyle Walle.
The Voice Kids” Season 1 grand champion Lyca Gairanod elicited reactions on social media due to her “jowa reveal” during her 18th birthday. She made her non-showbiz beau public in Cagayan-based video entrepreneur David Lañas’ vlog.
Fans of the young singer kept an eye on her social media page as soon as she eventually made her boyfriend public. In two photos that she shared in December, she can be seen strolling beside her boyfriend Kyle Walle. The caption read, “Spend time with you.”
The love story of singer Lyca Gairanod and her boyfriend Kyle Walle started on social media. In “Magandang Buhay” this Friday, Lyca looked back on how he met Kyle through TikTok.
“Kami po unexpected na doon kami mag-i-start sa TikTok. Kasi hindi naman namin alam ang mangyayari, hindi namin alam kung magiging kami… Ang galing kasi ang TikTok din po ang way na magkita at magka-develop-an kami,” the singer said.
“Hindi ko rin in-expect na magko-comment siya sa vid ko. Then, doon na nagsimula,” Kyle said that he admitted that he was the first to send the message to the singer.

Lyca Gairanod and Kyle Walle added that their relationship deepened through chat and calling. According to Lyca, she is very grateful to her family for supporting his love life.
“Sobrang thankful po ako kasi this is my first time na magkaroon ng boyfriend. So talagang ‘know your limits, susuportahan ka namin.’ Hindi pa po nai-stroke si Papa ay kilala na siya. Kaibigan ko pa lang siya noon nung naipakilala ko,” said Lyca.
Lyca and her boyfriend have a long-distance relationship because the latter has to go back and forth between the Philippines and America. According to the singer, she knows that they can fight for their relationship despite the distance.
“At least napaaga po na kahit malayo kami dapat ay iniintindi namin ang isa’t isa,” said Lyca.
