Vic Sotto celebrated his 69th birthday on ‘Eat Bulaga’
Bossing Vic Sotto has this meaningful message during his birthday celebration on the longest-running noontime show Eat Bulaga on April 29.
This Saturday, the iconic TVJ graced the Kapuso show amid the current issues that EB and the Jalosjos family, the owner of TAPE Inc, are currently having. Following the change in management, some issues surfaced.
Tito Sotto was prompted to speak with different media outlets to debunk the statement made by Dapitan City Mayor Bullet Jalosjos, who is also the chief finance officer of TAPE.
Based on the article in PEP, fans of the Kapuso noontime show somehow waited for Vic Sotto and Joey de Leon’s statement about the issue. However, the episode on April 29 is mainly for Bossing’s birthday celebration.
During the show’s opening Vic spoke and shared his meaningful message on his birthday. “Sandali, may message muna ako. Siyempre, birthday message. Isa lang ang message ko ngayong birthday kong ito, eto…” the veteran comedian said.
Then, he faced backward to show the camera and the audience the “TVJ” written on the back of his jacket. “Yun na yon!” he said.
Almost 45 minutes of the show was allotted for Vic’s birthday celebration. The birthday celebrant had a mini-concert and he sang his favorite songs from the 70s.
In Tito’s interview, he mentioned that Vic and Joey are also ready to speak about the issue between Eat Bulaga and TAPE. The former Senate President even said that his younger brother was already planning to conduct a press conference.
