BONGBONG MARCOS – The President spoke on his 30th wedding anniversary celebration with his wife, First Lady Liza Araneta-Marcos.

Pres. Marcos Jr. is married to his wife, First Lady Liza Araneta-Marcos for 30 years now. It was in 1993 when the couple officially tied the knot in a wedding ceremony held in Italy with only 21 guests.

The marriage of the now-President and his wife is blessed with three (3) sons – Ilocos Norte 1st District Representative Sandro Marcos, Simon Joseph Marcos, and William Vincent “Vinny” Marcos.

Recently, Pres. Bongbong Marcos celebrated his 30th wedding anniversary with his wife, First Lady Liza Araneta-Marcos, with a “quiet” celebration. Based on a report on ABS-CBN News, the couple hosted a quiet dinner and invited some of their relatives and friends.

According to Pres. Marcos, they invited everyone who were present during their wedding on April 17, 1993 and most of them were able to attend the celebration at the Palace.

“So quiet lang kami, nag-dinner lang kami sa bahay, memories, kung ano mga pinagdaanan namin,” the 65-year-old President said.

Based on the report, Pres. Bongbong Marcos previously detailed that he was the one who planned and his fixed his own wedding with a few friends in Italy way back in 1993. He shared that they brought the car and carried the things needed, the champagne, and the foods.

He even recalled that he spotted his late best friend then, Bong Daza, not helping and he urged him to help him. The President shared that Bong was laughing telling him that he might not witness again a wedding wherein the groom is carrying all the things needed for the event.

Marcos Jr. shared that his younger sister, Irene Marcos, sang Our Father which amazed everyone and it was when he felt that he is really settling down.
