Bimby turns 16 years old and this is the message of Kris Aquino for her son’s birthday.
KRIS AQUINO – Bimby is now 16 years old and in an Instagram post, Kris Aquino penned a heartfelt and emotional message.
16 years ago, Kris Aquino gave birth to a boy who is growing up to be an amazing man. And in a previous article, he received a message from Mark Leviste, Kris’ friend. Leviste greeted Bimby and expressed that it was such a joy for him to see him growing up.
“It’s been a joy watching you grow up,” he said.
And just recently, Kris took her turn to greet her son. It was an emotional and genuine message for his son.
The Queen of All Media shared her birthday greeting to Bimby and started it by saying this about her 6’1 baby: “If they only knew, all that we’ve survived together.”
She then added that he is the exact reason why she can’t give up and still continues to fight despite feeling at times that she is in a losing battle. And if there’s one thing she is proud of, it is not breaking any of her promises to him.
In the same post, she recalled the emotional moment between them in September 2018 after having a preview of the first autoimmune condition she has. she then revealed the prayer she whispered which is to have the resilience and faith to be alive until 2025, this is just in time for Bimby to become an adult.
“I’ll NEVER forget forcing myself to reassure the 11-year-old you that like your Lola: I’ll endure anything and everything, to make sure you had me for as long as you needed me,” she wrote.
And in her post, she expressed her gratitude for her son as he has always been the son who is responsible and caring. She noted how he juggled homeschooling and taking care of her.
Many would praise her for how she raised them but for her, it is them who made her shine as a mother.
“With kuya [and] you, I feel just how REAL God’s love is, and how despite what our family is going through, we remain blessed much more than what we could have prayed for,” she said.
