SUMMER MMFF 2023 – The Summer MMFF 2023 will be shown in cinemas nationwide from April 8 to 18 and here’s an unofficial standing.

Last April 2, the Summer Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) kicked off its first-ever edition of the Parade of Stars. The set of activities is just the same as the MMFF during December every year.

But this year is the summer MMFF’s first-ever edition.

The eight official entries will be shown in cinemas nationwide from April 8 to 18 and the award night will be on April 11 at the New Frontier Theater. 

And circulating are the posts stating the unofficial standing of movies and so far, based on the posts, Enchong Dee’s “Here Comes The Groom” leads the unofficial list.

Movies such as “About Us But Not About Us”, “Yung Libro Sa Napanood Ko”, and “Love You Long Time” followed the unofficial list.

The eight films are of different genres and this event is a new addition to the annual Christmas MMFF. To recall, the summer edition was supposed to be held over a couple of years ago but was postponed due to COVID-19.

The Christmas MMFF has officially become a part of the Christmas activities of many Filipinos and this summer, a new set of films was launched. This has brought excitement to many moviegoers.
