Kylie Padilla and Aljur Abrenica met during the Summer MMFF Parade of Stars
Kapuso actress Kylie Padilla met her ex-husband actor Aljur Abrenica during the first Summer Metro Manila Film Festival Parade of Stars.
Kylie and Aljur are doing well when it comes to their co-parenting relationship. The actor confirmed his relationship with actress AJ Raval last February. Although this relationship confirmation garnered negative reactions, Kylie did not say anything bad about her ex-husband’s new relationship.
The ex-couple met just recently, based on the article in PEP. It was during the Parade of Stars for the MMFF Summer edition.
After the parade, cast members of each movie had the chance to promote their films during the program. Then, there was also a “class picture” in which the cast members posed photos with Quezon City Mayor Joy Belmonte.
Aljur Abrenica is part of the movie Single Bells with Alex Gonzaga while Kylie Padilla is the lead actress in the movie Unravel with Gerald Anderson. It can be seen in the video that Kylie greeted Alex who was standing beside Aljur. Then, the Kapuso actress smiled and nodded at her ex-husband.

PEP writer Gorgy Rula shared the short interview he had with Kylie Padilla before she and Gerald Anderson went to the van of Unravel. The actress was asked what she would do if she will see Aljur.
“Hindi siya darating! Alam ko! Nasa kanya ang mga bata ngayon, e!” the actress said. Kylie also said that there is no problem between her and Aljur. When asked if she and AJ met already, the Kapuso actress said that they haven’t yet but they are also okay.
Then, she was asked if she is single right now and her answer was “dating.” On the other hand, when she was asked to confirm if she is dating the tattoo artist who was with her on her Thailand trip, she just smiled and said bye.
