International singer Selena Gomez expresses her reactions to the alleged death threats received by Hailey Bieber.
The Hollywood singer-actress issued a statement on Instagram after model Hailey Bieber apparently spoke to her. This comes after the wife of renowned artist Justin Bieber disclosed that she was receiving threatening messages and death threats.
Selena expressed her condolences for Hailey’s alleged mistreatment on her Instagram Story on Friday, March 24. She said the model contacted her and informed her that she had received death threats and other unpleasant remarks.
“Hailey Bieber reached out to me and let me know that she has been receiving death threats and such hateful negativity,” said Selena.
“This isn’t what I stand for. No one should have to experience hate or bullying. I’ve always advocated for kindness and really want this all to stop,” Selena said in her IG story.
Hailey Bieber is Selena’s ex-husband Justin Bieber’s wife. Meanwhile, Selena’s IG story was posted a month after the alleged incident with Hailey and her friend Kylie Jenner.
Because on February 21, Selena posted a TikTok video with the description “I accidentally laminated my brows too much,” and a few hours later, Kylie Jenner tweeted a selfie of herself on her Instagram story with the remark “this was an accident” that her brows were being worked on.
Furthermore, the screenshot of him and Hailey appears on FaceTime when their brows are zoomed in. This friend’s post, according to netizens, is about Selena, which has enraged her admirers. However, the two pals disputed it, claiming they had not seen Selena’s Tiktok video.
Despite this, Selena beat Kylie Jenner to become the Guinness World Record holder for “most followed female on Instagram.” Recently, the singer-actress has 400 million Instagram followers, making her the only woman in the world with that many followers.
