Kylie Padilla and Sanya Lopez promote women empowerment
Kapuso actresses Kylie Padilla and Sanya Lopez highlighted the value of not giving and spreading love in line with the celebration of National Women’s Month.
March is the month for women. Several female celebrities and prominent personalities shared their messages for fellow women. In this era, women empowerment is one of the things being promoted by groups and individuals.
In a recent interview, based on the article in GMA Entertainment, Kylie and Sanya also shared encouraging words in line with the said celebration.
The two beautiful women are currently part of the series Mga Lihim Ni Urduja which features the strength and beauty of the legendary female character Urduja. When asked to give advice to fellow women, Kylie Padilla stressed the importance of focusing on one’s goal.
“Kung ano mang ang gusto mo sa buhay, kung ano man ang dreams mo, mga pangarap mo, ‘wag mo hayaan na maapektuhan ka ng mga sasabihin ng ibang tao. Panindigan mo lang, ipakita mo lang na kaya mo,” she said.
The actress also said that giving up should not be an option. She encouraged her fellow women to continue their journey despite the times when they would stumble.
“If ever man dumating yung panahon na madapa ka, iiyak mo, give yourself a moment, ‘tapos tayo ulit, tuloy ang laban,” Kylie Padilla said.
Sanya Lopez is grateful for the support that their show is getting, especially from those women who are avid viewers of the new Kapuso series.
“Mga Kapuso, sa lahat po ng mga kababaihan, maraming maraming salamat po sa pag suporta niyo sa amin at gaya ng pag suporta niyo sa amin, sana suportahan natin ang bawat kababaihan,” she said.
Sanya also encouraged the show of respect and love to everyone. “Kung ano man sila, ano man ang meron tayo sa kanila, basta mag-share lang tayo ng love at i-respect natin ang bawat isa,” she added.
Mga Lihim ni Urduja is about the journey of Gem, played by Kylie Padilla, and Crystal, played by Gabbi Garcia, in finding the seven jewels owned by the warrior-princess Urduja, played by Sanya Lopez.
