DSWD CASH ASSISTANCE – Here is a guide on the maximum amount that you may receive as cash aid from the Department of Social Welfare and Development.
1. Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4PS)
This program is most popular as the 4Ps which is one of the anti-poverty programs in the country. Millions of Filipinos are beneficiaries of 4Ps. The families who are part of 4Ps are those whose annual income does not exceed Php 125,000.00 as per the assessment. The agency recently re-evaluated the beneficiaries of this program to assess their qualifications.
2. Social Pension for Indigent Senior Citizens
Under this program, senior citizens receive a monthly pension of Php 500.00 from the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD). The beneficiaries are senior citizens who do not have any source of regular income.
3. Assistance to Individuals in Crisis Situations (AICS)
Under this program which is crafted to help Filipinos who are in crisis, there are several types of assistance offer – medical cash assistance, educational cash assistance, transportation cash assistance, and burial cash assistance.
4. Financial Assistance for Solo Parents
The DSWD crafted this program to assist solo parents in rearing their children alone. The beneficiaries are solo parents who are not beneficiaries of any other Philippine government programs. They receive Php 1,000 every month.
5. Financial Assistance for Persons with Disabilities (PWDs)
This program gives Persons with Disabilities discount privileges when they are purchasing various products and services.

Assistant na dati akong taxi driver dito sa metro cebu na 6 years na ako na mild stroke sa right body poftion ko dahil tinamaan ako ng over fatique ng katawan ko habang nag drib ng taxi. 6 yrs. na akong stamby wala na akong trabaho bilang isang taxi driver dito sa metro cebu. Kasi hinde po ako kasali ng P.W.D. Monthly Financial Assistant ng Cebu City Hall dahil ang naka lagay sa O.W.D. I.D. ko ay Chronic Deases yan ang dahilan na hinde po ako maka avail sa monthly assistant at January 15, 2017 po ako inaataki ng mild stroke ko hanbang nag drib ng taxi at may pasahero po ako na de pamilya at buntes pa ang babae ang asawa ng pasahero kasi yung gabi na inaataki ako ng mild stroke Sinulog Fiestival grabi ka heavy traffic ng mga oras na yun.
