Arjo Atayde and Maine Mendoza are preparing for their wedding
Kapamilya actor Enchong Dee said “yes” to be one of the groomsmen at the wedding of actor-politician Arjo Atayde and Eat Bulaga host Maine Mendoza.
Arjo and Maine got engaged in July last year. The Quezon City First District Representative prepared an extravagant proposal for his girlfriend. Previously, Maine shared that she thought it was just one of her photo shoots.
To her surprise, at the same location, his future husband prepared the event in which he could pop the question.
When comes to the wedding preparations, the couple is not so indulgent in sharing the details. Even Arjo Atayde’s mother seasoned actress Sylvia Sanchez said that when it comes to the details, she is just letting her son and her future daughter-in-law decide.
Just recently, one detail about the wedding was revealed on social media. Enchong Dee shared a photo on his Instagram story, showing an invitation he got. It has his real name on it.
Then, Enchong included a small photo of him with Arjo. He also tagged the groom-to-be’s IG account with the caption “Yes [100 percent emoji].”
Maine’s fan account shared the posts of those who also received an invitation from Arjo. This came along with other gifts. “Ang shala ng invitation wala akong ma-say,” the fan wrote.
Meanwhile, in a previous interview, Arjo Atayde was asked about the comment of a basher that Maine Mendoza is “suplada.” The said basher claimed that Maine refused to have a photo with her and allegedly, this was done in a rude way.
The Kapuso star already explained her side of this issue. Arjo said that he feels bad that his fiancee was accused of that because he knows that she is a kind person.
