Pag-IBIG Fund offers several loan types in the pursuit to attend to the different needs of its members. It is mainly known for its Housing Loan offer but it now offers the Multi-Purpose Loan, a cash loan which is also called MPL.

If you are employed, prepare the following documents in applying for the Pag-IBIG Cash Loan offer:

  • photocopy of one (1) valid ID such as the following:

    • Government Office and GOCC ID
    • Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Certification
    • Integrated Bar of the Philippines ID
    • Philippine Identification (PhilID) Card
    • Company ID
  • accomplished Certificate of Net Pay
  • one (1) month latest payslip duly authenticated by an authorized signatory of the company (photocopy)

If you are self-employed, prepare the following documents in applying for the Pag-IBIG Cash Loan offer:

  • ITR and Official Receipt of tax payment from bank supported with DTI Registrant and Mayor’s Permit or Business Permit (photocopy)
  • in original copies:
    • bank statements or passbook for the last 12 months
    • Commission Vouchers indicating the name and contact details of the issuer
    • Certified True Copy of Transport Franchise
    • Notarized Affidavit of Income
    • Certificate of Engagement issued by the business owner

If you are an overseas Filipino worker (OFW), prepare the following documents in applying for the Pag-IBIG Cash Loan offer:

  • ITR filed with Host Government or Country (original)
