2 Taiwanese Drug Lords Arrested in Makati City Over Multiple Crimes

Police authorities arrested two (2) alleged Taiwanese drug lords with multiple crimes in separate operations in Makati City.

Separate investigations in Makati City resulted in the arrest of three foreigners suspected of being involved in the trade and manufacture of illegal substances. According to the article, two of those arrested have been identified as Wu Jheng Lhong and Chen Chien Ning, both of whom are alleged drug lords in Taiwan.

Zong Bao is the third suspect apprehended. He had no record of having entered the nation. He is also suspected of being in charge of manufacturing illegal substances for the syndicate, according to police.

Wu was apprehended in a parking lot in Makati by a Taiwan police officer, the Bureau of Immigration’s Fugitive Search Unit, the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency, and the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group. Wu had previously been arrested, according to BI-FSU chief Rendel Ryan Sy.

He was discovered to have been released after being transferred to a province where he had a local case. Chen was apprehended at a residence in an affluent community in Makati.

Inside his room, five costly firearms, magazines, and ammunition were discovered. According to Sy, Chen is the alleged leader of a network involved in narcotics trafficking, abduction, and telecommunications fraud in both the Philippines and Taiwan.

Zong was apprehended in another private subdivision. According to the report, the arrested persons are now being held at the BI- Detention Center in Bicutan and will be deported.
