The Facebook page “Team RMN” shared scripted video footage of a delivery rider who became emotional and burst into tears after a female customer refused to give him a tip. The video has garnered reactions online.
In the video, the rider delivers three large boxes to a female customer and asks for a tip or additional fee because the items are heavy and carrying them is risky.
Unfortunately, the lady customer refuses to give a tip and accuses the delivery employee of being ‘abusive’. The female client clarifies that she only needs to pay P186 for the transaction based on the app.
The two exchange heated arguments until the delivery worker becomes emotional and bursts into tears due to the incident.
“Ang dami-dami niyan eh, sige ma’am kung ano na lang po, hindi naman ako humihingi ng Malaki ma’am eh, konting konsiderasyon lang naman ma’am,” he said.
Eventually, the lady customer takes back what she said and apologized to the rider. She gave him a tip but the delivery employee did not accept it.
