Cristine Reyes has these upcoming movie projects
Actress Cristine Reyes shared details about her upcoming movies with Empoy Marquez and Baron Geisler.
Cristine is thankful for all the opportunities that Viva is giving her since she started her career in the Philippine entertainment industry. She is now in her 20th year in showbiz. Her acting career started when she was 15 years old.
Thinking about her two decades in showbiz, Cristine said that this is so overwhelming. She is also thankful to ABS-CBN for trusting her with teleseryes that boosted her career.
“I’m really, really thankful to God for all the blessings in my career. I don’t know what I did to deserve all these blessings in my life. Now that I’m more mature, I’m just grateful to have all those blessings,” Cristine Reyes said during an interview, based on the article in ABS-CBN.
New blessings are coming her way and these are two movies. She will be doing a romantic comedy Kidnap for Romance with Empoy Marquez. The last rom-com movie that Cristine did was Abay Babes in 2018 with Nathalie Hart and Roxanne Barcelo.
Cristine is also set to do a movie with Baron Geisler. The title was not yet been announced but this will be directed by Maria Ancheta who also directed Baron’s Doll House.
Meanwhile, Cristine reprised her Imee Marcos role in Martyr or Murderer, the sequel to Maid in Malacanang, directed by Darryl Yap.
The actress also shared that she has plans to go international but she knows that this must be at the right time. “Timing is important and unless there’s an offer that will be given to me, I will love to do an international project. Who doesn’t want that? But we cannot force it right away,” Cristine Reyes said.
