Arjo Atayde is happy for his sister’s love life
Actor-politician Arjo Atayde shared his thoughts on his sister actress Ria Atayde’s relationship with actor Zanjoe Marudo.
Last month, Zanjoe confirmed that he and Ria are officially a couple now. During the holidays last year, the actor was seen having bonding moments with the actress and her family. In previous interviews and social media posts, veteran actress Sylvia Sanchez expressed good words about her daughter’s suitor.
Previously, Ria said that she wants to keep the details of her relationship with Zanjoe. She also said that there is no issue even though Zanjoe is 10 years older than her. The actress said that they click because they are both millennials.
In a recent interview, based on the article in Newsko, Arjo Atayde also expressed that he likes Zanjoe Marudo for Ria Atayde. The actor-politician said that he can see Ria’s happiness for having Zanjoe in her life.
“I’m so happy for her, I’m very happy for her, I’m very happy. I haven’t seen her happy for a long time,” he said, adding that Zanjoe really took an effort to meet them and they saw the actor’s sincerity because of that.
“Nagpakilala siya sa family. We would take it sincerely. He’s a very sincere person,” the Quezon City councilor said. Arjo also reiterated that he is “boto” for Zanjoe.
“Me, I’m boto for him. At the same time, I don’t really meddle with my sisters, any of them, alam nila yun. I don’t meddle. Just don’t hurt my sisters,” he said.
Meanwhile, Arjo Atayde and his fiancee Eat Bulaga host Maine Mendoza spent Valentine’s in Disneyland Hongkong. Based on the Phenomenal Star’s Instagram post, they were at the amusement park for 13 hours.
