A newly-wed couple went viral and earned reactions from netizens after giving eggs as ‘giveaway’ gifts at their wedding.

Recently, the wedding of Ethel Jane Catchuela and Lucky Benson Asayo from Tuy, Batangas became extra special after they gave away locally produced eggs to their wedding guests. The extra-special wedding goes viral online.
The original idea of giving away eggs came from Lucky’s mother-in-law, as their family has a poultry farm. They estimated to have given away a total of 1,280 eggs, which means each of their 160 guests received around six to eight eggs.
“Aside sa ma-promote ‘yung farm eh for the benefit na rin ng mga guests. At Least for consumption and talagang very timely especially mataas presyo ng eggs ngayon,” Catchuela said.
The newly-wed couple was happy to know that their guests were pleased with the giveaways.
“Natuwa sila kasi madalang talaga na may nagbibigay talaga na parang for consumption talaga as giveaway ‘di ba?” she added.
