Joshua is one of the famous actors of his generation who had a normal life before he entered the glitz and glamour of showbiz. Just recently, Joshua and fellow actor James Reid’s old photos caught the attention of many netizens.
In the photos, both of them looked so young. Reina Carisse Forteza – Abrigonda was the one who flexed her photo with Joshua Garcia on her Facebook account on Sunday. “Kung alam ko lang na sisikat ka, sana pala sumagala na tayo simula Batangas City hanggang Mabini,” she wrote in the caption of her post.
Based on the article in Balita, Reina shared that the photo was taken on August 16, 2012. “Fiesta ng San Roque, Bauan, Batangas po that time. Isa po akong sasagala sa tinatawag na Santacruzan. Wala po talaga dapat akong partner/escort, then, may nagtanong lang po sa aking ina na kung papayag daw po ba na may escort ako sa pagsagala,” she shared.
Reina was surprised after finding that her escort would be a handsome young man. She shared that even before, Joshua already has that strong appeal. The netizen added that at that time, people noticed Joshua more than her.
She also noticed that Joshua is a gentleman even back then. “Napakasuwerte ko po dahil napaypayan n’ya ako habang naglalakad kami,” Reina added. A decade after, she was not expecting that her escort in 2012 is now considered one of the sought-after leading men of his generation.
She said that she is happy about Joshua Garcia’s success and she hopes that he will have more projects to come. Reina is now 24 years old and she is an Industrial Engineer, however, she is now focused on taking care of her newborn baby.
