JULIE ANNE SAN JOSE – Kapuso actress Julie Anne San Jose pens a message as her character Maria Clara bids goodbye in the series.

People loved “Maria Claria at Ibarra“, a GMA series. This series is not only dear to the viewers because of the artists working for this but because it is based on Dr. Jose Rizal’s novels “Noli Me Tangere” and “El Filibusterismo.”

It airs on GMA Telebabad on Mondays to Fridays at 8 p.m., and streams on the GMA Network YouTube channel, website, and app.

And in the latest episode of the series, Maria Clara bid her goodbye which broke many hearts. This role was portrayed by Julie Anne San Jose and she is fitted for it. The people were finally given what Maria Clara looks like through her.

She received a shot and while everyone attempted to recover her, she refused to receive it as she was tired. As much as many are aware, Clarita has a tragic and complicated life. But in her final moments, the person to hold her last was Ibarra, a character played by Dennis Trillo. Ibarra is the only man she has loved.

And as Maria Clara finally said her goodbye, the actress behind it penned a heartfelt letter of love and gratitude.

Julie Anne feels honored to be part of this successful series and is grateful for this opportunity entrusted to her. She thanked the director for guiding her and her co-actors in this series.

Through this series, she learned to appreciate her job as an actress even more. They were able to give life to the story that plays a big part in our history.

“Mas minahal ko ang aking larangan bilang artista sapagkat kami ay naging instrumento upang maipakita namin ang makulay at maalab nating kasaysayan,” she wrote.
