Lolit Solis Shares Thoughts on Paolo Contis not Giving “Sustento” to His Children
Veteran showbiz columnist Lolit Solis shares some advice for the actor-comedian Paolo Contis for not giving “sustento” to his children.
The showbiz blogger and talent manager also addressed the topic of Paolo Contis not supporting his children on Instagram. In the actor- comedian’s “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda” interview, he was asked about his relationship with children and whether he supports them.
Lolit’s talent revealed that he could not afford to pay alimony to them, particularly to his two daughters with ex-husband Lian Paz, Xalene, and Xonia. And this was the subject of Manay Lolit’s post on her Instagram account about her pet Paolo.
“Ngayon yata Salve naging very exciting ang mga issues kay Paolo Contis. I don’t blame the people accusing him na hindi nagbibigay ng suporta, hindi dinadalaw ang mga anak. No amount of apologies ang puwede magbura sa hindi mo pagbibigay ng oras para makita ang mga anak mo,” said Lolit.
Paolo, she added, is even more fortunate because Lian’s life has been pleasant and her fiance gets along well with his children. The author further stated that because LJ Reyes, his ex-wife, is doing well, her youngest daughter, Summer, who is currently in New York, is doing well as well.
However, even if Paolo does not provide financial assistance, the talent manager hopes that he can devote time to his children. Paolo, she believes, still has time to reconcile, based on her post.
“Huwag na iyong pera na suporta, o anuman materyal, sana lang meron siyang ibinigay na oras para hindi maputol ang communication sa mga anak. Pero maaga pa, puwede pang bumawi si Paolo Contis,” Lolit said.
She added, “Sana nga ay nag mature na siya para makita ang responsibilidad na nasa balikat niya. Sana nga ay maayos na niya ang napaka salimuot na journey ng buhay niya.”
