Trina Candaza contradicted some of the statements made by Carlo Aquino
Kapamilya actor Carlo Aquino was asked to react to the statement of his former partner social media influencer Trina Candaza against her.
Carlo and Trina’s breakup was quite controversial. It is because rumors surfaced that a third party was involved. In cryptic posts, Trina appeared to be hinting at problems that happened in their relationship that led to its end.
To recall, in an interview, Carlo said that he has been trying to reach out to Trina asking her to let him spend time with their daughter Mithi. The actor said that the supposed co-parenting setup that they have is not being followed.
He also said that he has been supporting both Trina and Mithi financially even though he and his former partner already broke up.
In an interview on talent manager-vlogger Ogie Diaz’s YouTube channel, Trina Candaza debunked the claims made by Carlo Aquino. She said that although the actor has been providing for Mithi’s needs, she is the one supporting herself. She also contradicted Carlo’s claim that she is not letting him have time with their daughter.
Trina stressed that all she wants is that Carlo would spend time alone with Mithi and not with the woman she is currently dating. She stressed that it would not be good for Mithi to be introduced to different women in the life of her father.
In a recent Showbiz Update vlog of Ogie with Mama Loi and Mrena, the talent manager-vlogger mentioned that there were comments saying that he did not exert effort to get the side of Carlo.
Ogie stressed that he reached out to the actor a few hours after his interview with Trina. He said that he sent a private message to Carlo. “Sabi ko, magta-try lang ko kung pwede kita mainterview,” Ogie asked Carlo.
The actor answered this. “Sabi ni Carlo, pass muna daw siya, di daw muna siya mag-iinterview,” Ogie said, adding that he understands and accepts the decision of the actor not to speak about this for now.
