ALEX GONZAGA – Actress-vlogger Alex Gonzaga tours us inside the huge and super elegant house of businesswoman Alice Eduardo.
Filipino businesswoman Alice Eduardo is the founder, president, and chief executive officer (CEO) of Sta. Elena Construction and Development Corporation – one of the leading construction companies in the Philippines. This firm is now an AAA and Large B firm.
She is the older sister of a businesswoman and vlogger Small Laude who claimed that he sister is wealthier than her. And among the lucky people to step inside the huge house of the monikered woman of steel in the engineering field is Alex Gonzaga.
In the latest vlog, Alex shared her experience touring around the huge house of Eduardo. And as seen in the vlog, from the gates to the main door, the place already speaks wealth.
Everything is clean, sleek, and sharp. If the outside alone already speaks wealth, the inside of the house screams and shouts wealth.
Eduardo owns a Juan Luna painting, one of the most valuable things she owns according to her. She also has a Ben Cab creation.
Elegance is an understatement to describe the whole house – it is grand.
Every corner features expensive pieces and on the walls hang the expensive paintings she owns. Every area of the house is spacious and as per Alex, “di uso ang excuse me dahil sobrang luwag”.
Alex toured the house and went on to see the kitchen, one of the bedrooms, the living area, and the dining area. She was also able to hold and use the expensive plate that Eduardo owns. She even has this epic reaction after knowing that a single plate from her collection is priced at Php 150,000.00.
They also went down to the basement which doesn’t look like a basement. The basement houses the bar area where several liquor drinks from luxury brands are on display. There’s also an area for a salon and a dirty kitchen which are found in the basement as well.
