Under scrutiny and remained controversial since the election period is Toni Gonzaga. But amid the critical comments and bashing that she received online, she remained unfazed and maintain a strong face – the Unbothered Queen for her fans.

However, her career has been deeply affected because of her personal choices. Her last film which was a part of the MMFF 2022 did not do well in gross. People expected that it is going to do well since she gathered more supporters.

And for her concert, her doubters cast doubts on her capacity to up The Big Dome on her special day. “I Am Toni” is happening on January 20, the day of her birthday. Apart from celebrating this personal milestone in her life, she is also marking her 20th year in the show business industry.

In a previous article, concert producer Joed Serrano revealed that about 15 percent of tickets remain unsold. This is in contrast to what her bashers have claimed. Mommy Pinty bought over 300 tickets for their family and friends. The producer also bought a bundle for him which was sold to people who decided to buy from them instead of going to the website.

On top of this, 20 percent was allotted to her sponsors who pledged their support for her.

However, on the day of her concert, just hours away from the start of it, the #PaalamToniGonzaga trended online and her loyal fans are not happy about it. It’s uncertain how this trend started but some people online expressed their concern about what she would feel because it has to happen on her special day.

Moreover, people who have a different political stand from hers believed that this is also unfair to the actress.
