Netizens are confused why Allan has written a signed letter when Alex Gonzaga apologized to him.
ALEX GONZAGA – A hand-written letter with Allan’s signature on it circulates online and people are asking what it was for.
“Bakit need ng kasulatan?”
“Bakit si Kuya Allan ang nagsulat? Siya ba may kasalanan?”
“Kulang, dapat naka-notartyo ito.”
Many netizens expressed unhappy comments when a hand-written letter from Allan Crisostomo, the waiter in the viral video of Alex, emerged online. Some were confused and some were wondering why Allan has to do it when it was the social media influencer who came to him and expressed an apology.
To recall, netizens were triggered when Alex smeared Allan’s face with her birthday cake’s icing in front of her celebrity friends. Accordingly, what she did was rude as the service worker is not her close friend and not one of her guests.
And last January 17, in a letter written by Allan with his signature on it, he shared that they are now okay as Alex went to him in his workplace to personally apologize. But one thing many netizens noticed that seemed to be puzzling was the handwritten letter issued by Allan.
The signed letter dated January 18, 2023, stated:
“Last January 17, 2023, around 6:30 PM nasa work po ko pumunta po si Ma’am Alex kung saan ako nagwo-work then nag-apologize and nag-sorry siya saken tapos konting kwentuhan at sinabi ko po sa kanya na ok na po yung nangyari. Ok na po kami.”

Following the controversial video, several stories from people Alex has worked with in the past shared their not-so-pretty experiences working with her. There were those who claimed that she was entitled and that rumors about her being “bastos” were true as it was experienced by a certain production designer firsthand.
Another person claimed that they have to move the hours of their work and rush it because Alex asked for it. They all thought that she has a prior commitment only to find out later on that her reason was that she was not just a morning person.
