Vhong Navarro Returns To ‘It’s Showtime’, Shares Experience in Detention Center

Vhong Navarro had his It’s Showtime comeback on January 16

Kapamilya star Vhong Navarro finally returned to It’s Showtime and he shared what he experienced inside the detention center.

Vhong was granted his temporary freedom in December of last year. That court’s decision made him so happy as he was able to spend the holidays with his family. After he was released, fans have been anticipating his return to Showtime and this finally happened on Monday.

It was an emotional moment for Vhong and the hosts of the Kapamilya noontime show, as well as the “madlang pipol.” Based on the article in ABS-CBN News, the actor-host was not able to return immediately to the show because of some processes that needed to be done first.

Before Vhong Navarro was introduced, other hosts sang The Moffatts’ song I’ll Be There. He was obviously overwhelmed by the warm welcome he received from his co-hosts and the “madlang pipol.”

Vhong also shared that while he was inside the detention center, he was not watching their noontime show because he just misses his co-hosts more. Then, he shared what he witnessed inside.

Vhong also shared what he told Ogie Alcasid.

Vhong’s co-hosts also became emotional. After everything that has happened, he once again thanked everyone who believed in him and continue to show support for him.
