Trina Candaza Breaks Silence on Breakup w/ Carlo Aquino
TRINA CANDAZA – The vlogger-businesswoman gave a message for actor Carlo Aquino, her ex-boyfriend and the father of her daughter.
In 2022, one of the celebrities who confirmed his split with his partner is actor Carlo Aquino. It was in April last year when the actor confirmed his breakup with Trina Candaza, the non-showbiz mother of his daughter Elona Mithi.
Amid the pandemic, Carlo and Trina was blessed with a beautiful baby girl they named Elona Mithi. They lived together in the same roof and was visibly a small happy family. Many people were very happy for the actor as he entered fatherhood.
There were a lot of well wishes for Carlo and Trina as they became parents. The actor was also vocal about finding a new drive in life as his partner and daughter became his inspirations to work harder.
However, it seems that the love story of Carlo Aquino and Trina Candaza has encountered a stop. Currently, their daughter is living with the vlogger who is also a businesswoman now. The actor recently confirmed dating actress Charlie Dizon.
Recently, Carlo claimed that he was not able to see his daughter for several weeks now. According to him, he wants to see his daughter as he stressed that he needs time to be with his daughter and for his parents to be with their granddaughter. He also stressed that he is providing for Trina and Mithi.
In a vlog interview with talent manager and comedian Ogie Diaz, Trina Candaza admitted that she was offended by Carlo Aquino’s statement over his “sustento” to their daughter. The now-single mom stressed that she also works so both of them are providing for Mithi.
Trina also put down Carlo’s claim regarding the visit to their daughter. According to her, she updated him with Mithi’s school schedule and she also allows him to visit their daughter but he’s the one who is not coming.
Trina Candaza refused to make a comment on Carlo Aquino’s relationship with his new girl but revealed her new rule that if the actor would have time with their daughter, she wants the time to be just him and Mithi or with his parents or siblings but not with his new partner or friends.
During the vlog interview, when asked about his message for Carlo, Trina expressed his openness to talk with the actor. She expressed that it is up to Carlo if he wants to directly talk to her but she hopes that if he will talk to her, he will be open-minded.
“Kung gusto niya makipag-usap privately, open ako. Kausapin niya ako,” Trina said when asked about her message for Carlo.
