Jason Hernandez New Song Is About Time, Regrets, and Mistakes

Here’s another heartbreaking song from Jason Hernandez to start a new year.

JASON HERNANDEZ – Singer-songwriter Jason Hernandez releases a new song entitled “Oras” and this is what the lyrics tell.

In a previous article, “Queen of Hugot Songs” Moira dela Torre speaks about her separation from Jason Hernandez. Their separation came three years after being married and this is because of Jason’s unfaithfulness to their marriage. He admitted that he was the one who had an affair with another person.

And before the separation happened, Moira admitted that she was actually feeling something strange already. She couldn’t pinpoint what this strange feeling specifically tells but she can sense that she is about to enter a new season in her life.

So she did and she was happy that she is now out of this dark phase in her life.

After their separation, she and her husband also separated from making music. She created songs on her own and so did Jason. And for this year, “Oras” is the first release of the male singer-songwriter.

The song is about regrets for not making the most out of the time given. That if he could only bring back the time, he will do things that have hurt the other person.

The chorus also spoke volumes about the importance of time and about being present in the present time and doing the right thing.

It says:

Araw araw, pinagsisisihan ko Na hinayaan, lamang na magka gan’to Kung alam ko lang, ito na ang ating hangganan Susulitin ko ang bawat oras, na kasama ka

A part of the song also said a striking thought:

At kung meron lang akong Isang segundong kasama mo Ibubulong sayo, “hindi tumigil ang pag ibig ko”

According to him, this is the first song he has written where he was able to complete the music video concept first.

“Mistakes will be made and regrets will always be a part of life, but we must learn to live with it, grow stronger, and continue singing the songs that we’re meant to sing,” Hernandez said.
