Heaven Peralejo has this reaction to rumors linking her to Ian Veneracion
Kapamilya actress Heaven Peralejo is linked to seasoned actor Ian Veneracion, her leading man in the Metro Manila Film Festival 2022 movie Nanahimik Ang Gabi.
Heaven was nominated for Best Actress because of her performance in the said movie while Ian won the Best Actor award and the Best Supporting Actor award was given to their co-star Mon Confiado.
Before the showing of the movie, promotions were made. Heaven shared a TikTok video in which Ian kissed her forehead. This went viral as some speculated that there is something romantic between them.
However, the seasoned said in a previous statement that it was purely for promotion. In a previous interview, Heaven was asked if it is possible for her to fall in love with Ian. She said that it is possible if he is single.
In a recent interview, based on the article in PEP, Heaven Peralejo slammed the rumors linking her to Ian Veneracion.
“Siguro kasi, of course, we work together, kailangan ko rin namang galingan. Siguro nadadala ko lang off screen, pero what I have for him is respect. Full of respect and, of course, love din. May pagmamahal din ako kay Chief (Ian’s character). He’s the best partner, what can I do, di ba?” she explained.
Heaven also said that she is already “sanay” to bashers and the negative comments that she would receive. She said that this has become part of her career since she started. The actress also stressed that she is just doing her job. If people would interpret that they are sugar-baby and sugar-daddy in real life, then, they have effectively portrayed their roles in the movie.
Heaven Peralejo said that she will never make “patol” to someone who is married. She also said that she does not want to have a relationship with someone in showbiz because of what she went through in the past. It is known to many that her past relationship with Kiko Estrada was quite controversial.
