MMFF 2022 PARADE OF STARS – Here’s the traffic advisory from Quezon City regarding the MMFF 2022 Parade Of Stars.

The Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) is back on physical showing again for the first time in two years. In the past couple of years, it was held and shown online because of the pandemic.

And before the official date of showing of the films, a parade of stars will be held where the stars of the film will be carried by their respective floats. This year’s film festival theme is “Balik Saya” which will run from December 25 to January 7.

And according to the administrative agency, the parade will happen on December 21.

According to the advisory released by Quezon City, the parade will start from the Mabuhay Rotonda and then onwards to the Quezon Memorial Circle. It will cover 7.36 kilometers and is estimated that it will last for a minimum of two hours and a half.

It will start at 3:30 PM and the westbound direction of E. Rodriguez from D. Tuazon to Mabuhay Rotonda will be closed. Motorists are also advised not to pass E. Rodriguez Avenue from Banawe to Mabuhay Rotonda on the night of December 20 as the floats will be staged there.

  • “Nanahimik ang Gabi” starring Ian Veneracion and Heaven Peralejo, Rein Entertainment Productions
  • “Partners in Crime” starring Vice Ganda and Ivana Alawi, ABS-CBN Film Productions
  • “My Teacher” starring Toni Gonzaga and Joey De Leon, TEN17P
  • “Deleter” starring Nadine Lustre, Viva Communications Inc.
  • “Family Matters” starring Noel Trinidad and Liza Lorena, Cineko Productions Inc.
  • “Mamasapano: Now It Can Be Told” starring Edu Manzano, Aljur Abrenica and JC De Vera, Borracho Film Production
  • “My Father, Myself” starring Jake Cuenca and Dimples Romana, 3:16 Media Network

The Gabi ng Parangal, on the other hand, will be held at the New Frontier Theater in Quezon City on December 27.
