Ogie Diaz shared some details about Aiko Melendez’s birthday party
Talent manager-vlogger Ogie Diaz shared what Vice President Sara Duterte said to him when they met at the birthday party of actress Aiko Melendez.
Ogie is managing the showbiz career now of Aiko. They have been friends for many years already and despite having differences when it comes to their political views, they remained to value their friendship over politics.
It is known to many that Aiko supported and ran under the UniTeam of VP Sara and her running mate President Bongbong Marcos. On the other hand, Ogie campaigned for the tandem and former Vice President Leni Robredo and former Senator Kiko Pangilinan.
During the campaign season, Aiko has already expressed that she and Ogie respect each other’s political choices, and their friendship reigned over their differences.
Just recently, the actress-politician celebrated her birthday and her party was attended by many politicians and celebrities. Aiko shared a post on Instagram thanking VP Sara for coming to her party.
In a recent Showbiz Update vlog that Ogie Diaz released on his YouTube channel, he enumerated some of the guests from showbiz and politics who attended the birthday party of his talent.
Ogie asked Aiko how she feels having VP Sara on her birthday. She said that she was “natulala” and it is because, as people know about it, she is a fan of VP Sara.
The talent manager also shared that he approached the Vice President to say hi and the latter said, “Merry Christmas” to him. Ogie Diaz jokingly said that he is not worried about VP Sara’s holiday greeting because he knows that she will not ask for “pamasko.”
“At least young Merry Christmas ni VP Sara okay,” he said, adding that he forgot to take a photo with her and Aiko forgot to take a photo of them also.
