Kim Chiu’s Wednesday Addams Performance Elicits Reaction From Netizens
KIM CHIU – Netizens commended Kapamilya star Kim Chiu for her performance as Wednesday Addams.
There’s a solid reason why the Netflix show ‘Wednesday’ has been making news around the globe. The universally appealing features of the coming-of-age series combine relatable teenage angst with supernatural creatures and abilities. That may be said by anybody, including Kim Chiu!
The Kapamilya actress pulled off the whole Wednesday look perfectly last Sunday for her theatrical performance of ASAP. Kim had a goth glam makeover by Jake Galvez that included dark eyeshadow and pink-plum lip color. Meanwhile, Adrianne Concepcion added lace, ruffles, and collars to Kim’s dancing outfit.
Kim Chiu kept Wednesday’s iconic straight face while dancing to the song “Goo Goo Muck” by The Cramps on the ASAP stage. The same tune from the show was used for Jenna Ortega’s trendy dance routine on Wednesday.
“Isa sa pinakamahirap na sayaw ko sa ASAP!” Kim wrote on IG, tagging Jenna herself on her post.
The “Wednesday Dance” became famous because of Jenna Ortega’s moves, which included several from the 1980s. She also paid tribute to Wednesday by Lisa Loring, who Jenna cited as one of her sources of inspiration for the steps.

Kim Chiu has already created a number of celebrity-inspired looks in the past, such as those of the girl groups BLACKPINK and ITZY. She even performed a dance rendition of “Not Shy” while emulating the appearances of the five girls in the music video.
