Kapamilya actor Raymart Santiago reacted to the Asian Academy Creative Awards 2022 Best Actress trophy that actress Jodi Sta Maria received.
It was in September 2020 when rumors surfaced that Raymart and Jodi are having a relationship with each other. These were prompted by their sweet photos together. Prior to this, Raymart was in a relationship with AC Legarda.
It is known to many showbiz fans that Raymart’s marriage with Optimum Star Claudine Barretto is not yet annulled.
When Jodi and Raymart’s relationship was confirmed, the actor asked for privacy. The couple maintained their silence regarding their relationship. Apparently, they want their love story to be low-key and out of the spotlight.
Unlike other showbiz couples, Jodi and Raymart also opted not to post anything about each other. On the other hand, the recent achievement that Jodi had in her acting career received a reaction from Raymart and he shared this on social media.
The actor shared a photo of Jodi Sta Maria holding her best actress trophy in a triumphant pose. Raymart Santiago included a “congratulations” gif in this.
The actress got the award through her Dr. Jill Ilustre character in the Kapamilya series The Broken Marriage Vow which was adopted from the British series Doctor Foster. It has also a Korean version titled World of the Married.
During the awarding ceremony, Jodi was sitting beside her fellow Kapamilya actress Dimples Romana. The latte trended on social media after the awarding because of her intense reaction when Jodi’s name was called for the Best Actress award. Many netizens said that they want a supportive friend like Dimples
