The wife of Jovit Baldivino has spoken about his current condition
Camille Ann Miguel, the wife of Jovit Baldivino said that the news items that surfaced just recently saying that the singer collapsed at a bar was fake news.
On December 5, reports surfaced online that the singer who is the first-ever winner of the reality competition Pilipinas Got Talent, was at a party in Batangas on the night of December 4 when he suddendly collapsed.
Because of this, the report said that the singer was rushed to Jesus of Nazareth Hospital and was brought to the intensive care unit after teh surgery. Reportedly, Jovit’s blood vessel in the head possibly burst due to an aneurysm.
The singer’s friend Ivee Asuncion shared a post on Facebook expressing his prayer for the fast recovery of his friend. Many netizens also offered their prayers for Jovit Baldivino.
However, on December 6, based on the article in PEP, Camille debunked the claim that her husband collapsed at a party. The wife of Jovit shared this post on Facebook.
“Sa Lhat po ng nag Popost sa asawa ko siguraduhin nyong tama ang post nyo at d kau nakakatulong lalo nyo pinalalala d kau nakakatulong matuto kau humingi ng permission..wag nyo pong palalain ang sitwasyon nya!!!!!!makapag post lng kau…prayers po ang kailangan nmn d ang maling post nyo!” Camille wrote.
When she was asked about the condition of her husband, she confirmed that Jovit is currently confined in the hospital. However, Camille stressed that the singer did not collapse at a party.
“He’s in the hospital right now, [we’re] asking for prayers, not fake news. Wala naman po akong ibang hiling kundi prayers para sa asawa. Nakakasama lang po ng loob na pinalalala ng fake news ang sitwasyon niya,” the wife of Jovit Baldivino said.
It was also said in the article in that there had been several news outlets who contacted Camille to get her statement regarding this matter but she refused to say anything. However, she was pushed to speak because of the “collapse” issue.
