24-Year-Old Student Earns Sympathy Online For Eating Rice w/ No Ulam Lunch at School
The 24-year-old student who only had rice with no ‘ulam’ or viand during lunch at school earns sympathy from the online community.
A Facebook user named Mike Saycon has shared the video footage of a poor grade 4 student who only eats rice for lunch. The video footage immediately spread like a wildfire online and elicits comments from the netizens.
In the video, it can be seen that the poor guy identified as Arnel sits at a chair near the comfort room to eat his lunch. The student only eats rice because he had no ulam. The latter endures the hardships at school just to pursue his education.
Teacher Mike found Arnel when he was about to go to the comfort room. He noticed the student eating rice with no ulam and decided to take a video. The educator has posted it on his social media account.
The video immediately goes viral online and capture the hearts of the netizens.
“Ganito po kasi yon ma’am papalakad po ako papuntang cr po that time at bigla kung nakita itong si bai arnel na grade 4 student na kumakain sya at nakita ko wala pala syang ulam kaya kinuhanan ko sya ng video e pinost sa tiktok ko po at hinde ko po inasahan na mag viviral pala sya at mga mga gustong tumulong sa kanya,” Saycon said.
A lot of kind-hearted netizens lend a helping hand and donate some amount of cash to help the 24-year-old student. Arnel received a lot of goods after the video goes viral online.
