Mika Dela Cruz Calls Out FB Page Lashing Her Weight, Claiming She’s Pregnant
Former child star Mika Dela Cruz slammed a Facebook page for criticizing her weight gain and claiming she is pregnant.
Mika, whose real name is Mariko Nicolette dela Cruz, called out a Facebook page for offensive comments made about her on social media. A picture of them with the caption: Parang buntis yata si Mika Dela Cruz dito ah, parang ang taba niya lalo was uploaded on Facebook by Kapuso Alliance Fanpage. Greetings, Nash and Mika (heart emoji).
Mika used her personal account to respond to the aforementioned Facebook post. She criticized that page’s statement on her weight gain as being “sensitive and careless.”
“Special thanks po sa admin ng page na ito Kapuso Alliance Fanpage forda napaka sensitive at nonchalant na caption ninyo regarding my weight gain,” Mika wrote in her post.
Mika, on the other hand, supports all curvaceous ladies who have experienced body shaming from critical individuals. She highlighted that despite the wide variations in our sizes, they are all gorgeous.
“To all the curvy girls out there who have been bodyshamed or najudge nadin ng mga kamaganak ninyo, kakilala o mga sadyang marites lang sa tabi tabi. we are all beautiful no matter how much our sizes fluctuate 💖” she added.
Mika has been the focus of pregnancy rumors in the past as well. Additionally, there were speculations about Mika’s pregnancy last year. Nash refuted those allegations.
Early this year, there were once more claims that the actress was expecting. Once more, Nash responded to this by claiming that it was untrue and that his girlfriend had just put on weight because she was so unoccupied due to the pandemic.
Netizens have recently suggested that Mika Dela Cruz is pregnant based on an article in Bandera. It’s because her most recent snapshot shows a larger figure than she did in the past.
