Actress Angelica Panganiban shared the lesson that she learned from being a mother now to her baby Amila.

In one of her recent Instagram posts, Angelica shared the lesson she learned from motherhood. The actress talked about the routine that she has now with her baby.
“Bago ka mag padede kapag 4am na, mag sipilyo, hilamos at umihi ka na. You’ll never know kung papayag pa ba siyang magpababa sayo,” Angelica Panganiban said, adding that with this, she is hoping that she could take a bath within the day.
She also learned that while feeding her baby, she must gather the necessary things near her like the remote control for the TV and aircon, book, food, water, etc. The actress also said that it has been a usual thing for her to just wear her undergarment because she has no time to wear clothes and comb her hair.
The fourth thing she cited is about fast but silent movements. “Kumain ng marami at mabilis. Pero bawal ang kalansing ng kubyertos at baka magising mo ang nabudol mong baby,” the actress said.
Then, Angelica Panganiban stressed the importance of resting while the baby is sleeping. “Subukang pakalmahin ang isip. I know madami tayong gustong gawin at ma accomplish. Pero, tanggapin mo nang, hindi ka naman talaga makakatayo sa kinauupuan mo. Kaya matuto kang matulog ng nakaupo,” she shared.
