Coleen Garcia accompanied her husband in France
Actress Coleen Garcia opened up about staying in France for three months because of her husband singer-host Billy Crawford‘s stint in Danse avec les Stars.
The said TV show is the French version of Dancing With The Stars. Billy had to stay in France for the show and he was accompanied by his wife Coleen and their son Amari. Living in the said country for three months was not easy, the actress shared.
Based on the article in Newsko, Coleen said in an interview on November 17 that they are still in France. She said that they might get back to the Philippines in the first week of December.
The actress said that staying in that beautiful European country was not like a vacation. “Actually, hindi talaga siya bakasyon. Sa three months na we’ve been here, one day lang kami sa hotel and the rest of the time sa apartment na,” Coleen Garcia said.
She said that being in France is so different from being in the Philippines because they have no yaya and anyone who would help them with the chores. “Dito talagang we had to do everything ourselves, so, ibang experience talaga siya,” the actress shared.
When asked if she purposely limits the projects that she is accepting now that she has a son, Coleen said that it is not like that. She said that it was not intentional but productions are also considering that she had to bring her son on the set.
“Pero wala, eh, non-negotiable pa talaga siya. I’ve never spend one single night away from Amari so, ganu’n,” the actress said.
Meanwhile, Billy Crawford won the celebrity dance competition. He and his dance partner Fauve Hautot were always the crowd favorites. Their combined talent made them rise above all other contestants.
