Here’s Glimpse Of Catriona Gray Trip In Ilocos Norte
CATRIONA GRAY – Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray shared glimpses of her Ilocos Norte trip. She also gave additional information about the province.
Catriona Gray is regarded as one of the most adored beauty queens of all time. She won the Miss Universe title in 2018.
Due to her amazing performance at the Miss Universe finals night, finding the future queen became more challenging. She has said in the past that she is open to acting opportunities after her reign.
As part of her Raise Your Flag YouTube vlog, Catriona Gray is touring the province of Ilocos Norte. She posted snippets from her journey along with some other details about the province on her Instagram.

Catriona Gray visited a number of tourist attractions in the province, including the sand dunes where she had the chance to ride an ATV and a 4×4. She also mentioned that she had gone sand surfing in the local dunes.
The Kaaringan falls are a hidden gem in the province that the beauty queen found in addition to the well-known tourist attractions.
“When I think of Ilocos Norte, I don’t think of Waterfalls so I was pleasantly surprised to discover this beautiful gem – the Kaangrian falls. Only a short 30 min trek opens up to beautiful pools of cool, freshwater – perfect to take a dip,” Cat shared.
Catriona Gray looked through the different textile goods that the province manufactures.
“Exploring the local products offered from the surrounding regions. siyempre, diretso ako sa mga tela. Para sa akin, it’s the beauty of the textile that draws me in but the story of its creation, the master of its craft, and relevance sa kultura natin that makes me stay,” she added.
While on her trip, the 28-year-old beauty queen also spoke with different locals who were happy to show her around the province. She also had the opportunity to meet Ilocos Norte’s Magdalena Gamayo, a master weaver.
The goal of the Raise Your Flag series is to highlight the natural beauty and rich cultural diversity of the nation. The provinces of Laguna, La Union, and Zamboanga were previously represented by the beauty queen.
