Car Driver Hits Cyclist Using Bike Lane
VEHICULAR ACCIDENT – A car driver accidentally hits a cyclist along the road for not paying attention to the bike lane.
Nowadays, road accident has been one of the most common traffic problems not only in the Philippines but also in different countries all around the world. It usually causes injuries and even death to the victims.
The Philippine government is already implementing stricter rules and regulations to prevent such incidents. The authorities repeatedly remind motorists to take precautionary measures when driving along the road.
Unfortunately, many hard-headed and reckless motorists are still violating the traffic policy.
The Facebook page “VISOR” has shared video footage of a car driver who accidentally hits a cyclist for not paying attention to the bike lane. The video immediately goes viral online and garnered various reactions from netizens.
In the video, it can be seen that the motorcycle rider is slowly riding along the road while following a jeepney. After a few moments, the rider witnessed an unexpected incident involving a motorist and a cyclist.
The car driver suddenly makes a right turn without noticing the bicycle passing on the bike lane. The driver accidentally hits the cyclist. However, the cyclist seems to be fine and unharmed due to the weak impact of the collision.
