Jeric Gonzales talked about his onscreen partnership with Bea Alonzo
Kapuso actor Jeric Gonzales shared his thoughts on the reaction of fans to his love team with actress Bea Alonzo in Start-Up PH.
Jeric has the opportunity to be part of a big project with prominent names in the entertainment industry nowadays. The said TV series which was based on the South Korean series with the same title, features Alden Richards, Yasmien Kurdi, and showbiz veteran Gina Alajar.
In a previous interview, Jeric admitted that he was overwhelmed by the fact that he was having scenes with Bea and Alden. The actor who came from the Kapuso talent search Protege, is indeed thankful for this opportunity.
Initially, fans of the series were gushing over the chemistry between Bea and Alden. Bea plays the character of Dani Sison while Alden is Tristan Hernandez in the series, who is also known as “Good Boy.”
The latter episodes of the series showed the beginning of the romance between Jeric Gonzales and Bea Alonzo’s character. They are known as the DaDa tandem, Davidson and Dani.
In a recent interview, based on the article in NewsKo, Jeric is so happy that the fans are now gushing over his tandem with Bea. “Nakakakilig naman yung balita na yan, na napapansin nila ang Team DaDa!” the actor said.
He said that this is unexpected and this is something that makes him happy. “Nung pinanood ko yung Start-Up na original, yung Korean, ako personally, kinilig ako kay Nam Do-san (Nam Joo-hyuk) saka kay Seo Dal-mi (Bae Suzy),” Jeric added.
The actor also said that it gives him an overwhelming feeling to receive this kind of feedback from the viewers. He expressed his gratitude to the fans because of this.
Meanwhile, in a previous interview, Jeric Gonzales said that he will always be grateful to Alden Richards. It is because the Pambansang Bae was the one who personally suggested to the production team to take him to play the character of Davidson.
