No more “patutsadahan” between Gretchen Barretto, Ruffa Gutierrez, and Annabelle Rama
Former actress Gretchen Barretto ended her “away” with actress Ruffa Gutierrez and showbiz veteran Annabelle Rama.
To recall, a conflict happened between Gretchen and Ruffa when the latter commented on a post that Julia Barretto shared. Back then, the “awayan” between Gretchen and Marjorie, the mother of Julia, was a hot issue.
Ruffa commented “Fresh” to Julia’s selfie and Gretchen shared a screenshot of this with the caption: “sawsaw pa more. Ruffy!! take it take it. WOW!!” Following that, Ruffa shared a cryptic post.
“The next time they try to put you down, just remember that confidence is silent but insecurities are loud AF,” the actress wrote and this received support from her mother Annabelle Rama. “Tama, huwag mo na patulan ‘yan. Don’t waste your precious time! Basta mahal ka namin ng family mo, ‘yon ang importante!” the showbiz veteran said.
That happened back in 2019 and now, the three female celebrities have buried the hatchet. Just recently Annabelle celebrated her 70th birthday and it was a star-studded event. A video compilation of birthday greetings was also shown during the party and one of them was Gretchen Barretto.
Based on the article in the Philippine Entertainment Portal, the video greeting of La Greta that was shown during the party was a shorter version. On November 3, Ruffa Gutierrez shared the full video on her Facebook page.
“Full video of La Greta Gretchen Barretto’s greetings for Mom’s milestone birthday. We love you and miss you, Greta!” Ruffa wrote in the caption of her post.
In the video, Gretchen showed appreciation to Annabelle for being there for her during the important parts of her life. “I just want to say thank you for all the years that we spent together, especially my growing up years, my teenage years, my very critical years,” she said.
La Greta also said that she would always remember the time when Annabelle would go to their house every time there is a scandal or bad publicity about her. The former actress also showed appreciation for Annabelle’s kindness.
Gretchen also said that she is celebrating Annabelle’s birthday even though she was not able to join her during her party. The former actress added that the showbiz veteran is always in her thoughts and in her heart.
