Based on a report on ABS-CBN News, as of the 2 p.m. bulletin released by PAGASA, the severe tropical storm is heading Cavite-Metro Manila-Bataan after its 5th landfall in Batangas province. It has a maximum sustained winds of 95 kilometers per hour and 130 kph gusts. Several areas are under storm signals now.

PAENG PH – Severe Tropical Storm Paeng has caused flooding and landslides over various parts of the country.

On Saturday (October 29, 2022), the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration has released the latest weather update in the country, Severe Tropical Storm Paeng affects the country’s weather condition.

PAGASA reported that Paeng has been last spotted over the coastal waters of San Juan, Batangas with maximum sustained winds of 95 kilometers per hour near the center and gustiness of up to 130 kph. It was moving 15 kph at a West northwestward direction.
