Kapuso actor Jeric Gonzales recalled his viral Tatlong Bibe scene with Asia’s Multimedia Star Alden Richards.
Jeric and Alden are the two leading men of Bea Alonzo who plays Dani Sison in the series Start-Up PH. A scene from the series caught the attention of viewers because they were amused by this.
In the scene, Jeric’s character Dave started to recite the lyrics of the Pinoy nursery rhyme Tatlong Bibe. It was because the characters of Bea, Yasmien Kurdi, and Ayen Munji-Laurel were looking at the, expecting them to discuss something.
In a recent interview, based on the article in PEP, Jeric Gonzales was asked about this. Before saying anything about this, the actor laughed first. He said that they were laughing about this before the actual take.
“Yes, pero actually, before nung eksena dun kami natatawa ni Alden kasi sabi ko, ‘Paano ba natin gagawin ito? ‘Kakantahin ba natin ito or yung ire-recite lang natin yung lines?’ Sabi niya, ‘Hindi ah, hindi ko kakantahin iyan, ire-recite lang natin iyan!’” Jeric said.
Meanwhile, Jeric expressed gratitude for the positive comment that he has been receiving because of his performance in Start-Up PH. The actor said with Bea, Alden, and Yasmien as his co-stars, he had to step up as well.
“I mean marami na silang nagawang projects na pumatok, so ako, talagang pinaghandaan kong mabuti and bawat eksena. Talagang mine-make sure ko na maibibigay ko yung best ko,” Jeric said.
He also said that he is flattered to read comments that his acting is leveling up like in the scenes he did with the Asia’s Multimedia Star. Jeric Gonzales said that he does not want to be lax when it comes to acting. He always makes sure that he is giving his best and receiving positive feedback is something that makes him happy.
