Maxene Magalona Says She’s Single
MAXENE MAGALONA – Actress Maxene Magalona recently opened up about her relationship status, saying she is single.
Filipina actress and endorser Maxene Magalona is the daughter of late master rapper Francis Magalona. She has a brother named Elmo Magalona who joined the show business in 2019.
The 35-year-old actress and Rob Mananquil got married in a church ceremony and a beach wedding in Boracay on January 11, 2018. They are yoga instructors. They stayed in Bali during the pandemic.
In a previous article, Maxene Magalona explained why she doesn’t have a baby yet. She shared that she often gets asked questions about having a baby. She reminded them to be careful when asking topics related to childbearing because those questions “can be very triggering for some.”
Just recently, Maxene confirmed that she is no longer with Rob after months of remaining silent about their split. Rumors Rob and Maxene had separated surfaced early this year, after eagle-eyed netizens noticed that the actress dropped Mananquil as her surname on IG.

Maxene Magalona has revealed that she is single after months of being silent over speculations that she and her husband Rob Mananquil had separated. In a post on her Instagram account last October 14, the actress talked about her happy life as a single and childless woman.
“No date? No problem! Perks of being single and childless: You have full control of your schedule. You can literally do anything you want on any day at whatever time…”
“I watch movies in the cinemas alone, take myself out on dates and go on long solo drives especially when my vibration is low. One time, I even felt the sudden urge to buy crystals for extra protection and I was able to do it easily because I have no one else to think of but myself. Life is all about perspective. Do you see your glass half empty or half full? I see mine overflowing,” she added.
