Eraserheads to perform with the Master Rapper?
The much-awaited Eraserheads Reunion Concert is set to happen on December 22, 2022 and reportedly one of the performances will feature the late Master Rapper Francis Magalona.
E-heads is one of the iconic 90’s band that made a huge impact in the Philippine music industry. The group is composed of Ely Buendia, Raimund Marasigan, Buddy Zabala, and Marcus Adoro.
Over the years, their songs were able to reach the interest of the younger generation. This year, fans will see them performing together again. It was recently announced that they will have a reunion concert, the Huling El Bimbo 2022.
Following the announcement, ticker prices were revealed. The area nearest to the stage costs P17,260 and for the VIP area, it costs P14,610, while it costs P12,180 for the Platinum area. There also Gold (P9,740), Silver (P5,480), and Bronze (P3,050) areas.
These ticket prices garnered negative reactions from fans but still it was reported that the tickets were sold out.
With this, Ely expressed gratitude to the fans through his Twitter post. “Thank you for supporting Filipino artists. We will try to make this an unforgettable experience for you,” he tweeted.
One of the things that will be unforgettable in this concert is the guest appearance of Francis M, based on the article by Abante entertainment columnist Batuts Lopez.
“May inihahanda nga raw silang pasabog kung saan makiki-jamming ang the late King of Pinoy Rap na si Francis Magalona.
Kung paano ito mangyayari ay mari-reveal sa concert na mismo,” the columnist shared.
How is this possible? Lopez said that this is something that the Eraserheads fans should be excited about. The columnist also shared that the band members are also excited about rehearsals and sharing their ideas in order to make their reunion concert successful.
Reportedly, a part of the concert profit will be donated to organizations supporting marginalized women and children.
